Obituary of Justin Wayne Norris

Funeral services for Justin Wayne Norris, age 30, of Anniston, will be held Sunday, June 16, 2013, at 4:00 pm from Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Barry Cosper, Rev. Roland Brown, and Rev. Richard Richie officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel East Baptist Church Cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 to 9:00 pm on Saturday, June 15. Mr. Norris will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to services beginning at 3:00 pm on Sunday. Mr. Norris died Thursday, June 13, 2013, in Douglasville, GA. Survivors include his mother, Laura Dewberry Norris of Anniston; one brother, Jamie Ryan Norris of Anniston; grandmother, Gladys Dewberry of Graham; grandparents, Rev. Melvin and Gladys Norris of Newell. Pallbearers will be Dre Griffin, Matt Bryan, John Bryan, Tim Cofield, D.J. Herring, and Landon Herring. Mr. Norris was born July 2, 1982, son of Donald Dewayne and Laura Dewberry Norris. He had been employed as a manager with Home Depot and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
