Funeral Services for Hugh Darrell Huddleston, age 66, of Woodland, will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. from Benefield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Wendell Ford officiating. Burial will follow at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2013.
Mr. Huddleston died July 6, 2013, in Woodland.
Survivors include one daughter, Karen Strickland of Newnan, GA; one son, Tyler (BJ) Huddleston of Franklin, GA; one sister, Melissa Warren of Woodland, AL; two brothers, Bobby Huddleston of Springfield, MO, and Danny Huddleston of Wedowee, AL; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A lifelong resident of Randolph County, Mr. Huddleston was born on August 3, 1946, the son of Robert and Sue Knight Huddleston. He was a self-employed carpenter. Mr. Huddleston was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Thomas Pate Huddleston.
