James, one of my handsomest cousins, also exemplfied kindness, good nature, love and commitment to family, and patriotism. He always had that sparkle in his eyes, and always had a gentlemanly demeanor. I sure loved him and will miss him, but count myself fortunate to have known him when he came back to Alabama.
