Obituary of Steve Wayne Cantrell

Obituary Notice Funeral services for Steve Wayne Cantrell age 60 of Woodland will be held Saturday January 25, 2014 at 2PM from Providence Baptist Church with Rev. Wendell Ford officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Mr. Cantrell passed away Thursday January 23, 2014 at his residence. He was survived by his wife Karron Cantrell of Woodland; one daughter Dakota Cantrell of Woodland; two sons Dustin Cantrell and Daniel Hall of Woodland; his father Emory Cantrell of Woodland; two sisters Kathy Regaldo and Dawn (husband Chad) Whitmore both of Woodland; his mother-in-law and three brothers-in-law and their families; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Cantrell was a Lanett, Alabama native. He was born January 3, 1954 the son of Emory and Betty Brown Cantrell. He worked for Progas in sales and delivery. He was a member of Heaton Lodge # 354 of F&AM and was a member of Providence Baptist Church. He was a true cowboy. He was preceded in death by his mother Betty Brown Cantrell. The family will receive friends at Benefield Funeral Home-Wedowee from 4 till 8 PM on Friday January 24, 2014. The body will lie in state one hour at the church.
