Funeral services for Tina Hanner, age 58, of Woodland will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at 12:00 PM at the Benefield Funeral Chapel with Sister Carolyn Hanner officiating. Burial will follow at Highway Congregational Methodist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 22, 2016.
Mrs. Hanner passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016, at her residence.
Survivors include her husband, Danny Hanner of Woodland; five daughters, Melissa Deaton (George) of Woodland, Jennifer Culp (Corey) of Virginia Beach, Va; Brandy Howell (Shane), Danielle Powell (Scott), and Crystal Baldwin (Jason), all of Woodland; one son, David Macheel (Jennifer) of Chattanooga, TN; 15 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three brothers, Jimmy Spears of Fairbanks, AK, Russell Spears and James Spears, both of Munford.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Spears, Collin Macheel, Jakob Morris, Briar Morris, Brian Baldwin, Brandon Spears, Tom Boykin, and Bradley Spears.
A long-time Randolph County resident, Mrs. Hanner was born on June 5, 1958, the daughter of J.D. and Marie Singleton Spears. She was a member of Woodland Church of God. Mrs. Hanner was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Johnny Spears.
