Memorial services for Eugenia Dodgen Traylor, age 79, of Newell will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at Morrison Crossroads Baptist Church.

Mrs. Traylor passed away Friday, August 25, 2017, at her residence.

Survivors include her husband, Quinton Traylor of Newell; one daughter, Cheryl Traylor of Raleigh, NC; two sons, Quinton Traylor, Jr., of Dacula, GA, and Michael Traylor of Dallas, GA; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Nancy Bell of Woodland; and one brother, Wayne Dodgen of Mena, AR.

A Cobb County, Georgia native, Mrs. Traylor was born on August 27, 1937, the daughter of Aaron B. and Lucy Lorene Queen Dodgen.  She was Baptist by faith and workedas a keypunch operator for Fireman Fund Insurance.  Mrs. Traylor was preceded in death by her parents.
