Iona Grace Ray, age 64, of Roanoke passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at Tanner-East Alabama Medical Center in Wedowee.
Survivors include her husband, John W. Ray, Jr.; two daughters, Sarah Bagley and Alexis Ray, both of Roanoke; two sons, John Z Michaels and Joshua Reeder, both of Roanoke; five grandchildren; and two sisters, Brenda Culbertson of Roanoke and Helen Chapman of the Philippines.
A Franklin, Georgia native, Mrs. Ray was born on December 11, 1954, the daughter of Mason and Sarah Martha Smith Noles. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and her ex-husband, James Reeder
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
