Graveside services for Jimmy Duane Braswell, age 68, of Waco, GA, will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2020, at 12:00 PM CST at Herren’s Grove Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Ricky Shirley officiating and Benefield Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Braswell passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Herren Braswell of Waco, GA; one daughter, Kimberly Dawn Richards of Waco, GA; and one son, Donnie Dewayne Braswell of Temple, Ga.
Pallbearers will be Robert Parker, Keith Webb, Ricky Morris, Robert Kittle, Monte Clayton, and Scott Knowles.
A Carrollton, GA native, Mr. Braswell was born on July 27, 1951, the son of James and Gloria Parker Braswell. He was Baptist by faith and a self-employed heavy equipment operator. Mr. Braswell was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Stacy Michele Richards; one grandson, Mason Richards; and one sister, Linda Sue Clayton.
