Obituary of Maila Aritos

Funeral services for Maila Aritos, age 42, of Enid, Oklahoma, will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Benefield Funeral Chapel with Deacon Mike officiating.  Burial will follow at Wedowee City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00-1:00 PM on Sunday, October 10 before services begin.

Ms. Aritos passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021, at Bass Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma.

Survivors include: one son, Jaden Aritos of Enid, OK; seven sisters, Elieta Timothy, Selyna Salatier, Efaly Pelep, Ereta Timothy, Matirina Dinney, Maina A. Marable, and Margaret Timothy; four brothers, Enis Timothy, Elimut Timothy, John William, and Arthur Timothy.

A Federated States of Micronesia native, Ms. Aritos was born on September 2, 1979, the daughter of Herr Marcus and Teresia Simina Timothy.  She worked in the restaurant industry. Ms. Aritos was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Ersina Timothy; and two brothers, Marino William and Martinus Timothy.
