Obituary of James Terrell Lambert

Funeral services for James Terrell Lambert, age 64, of Woodland, will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Woodland Church of God with Sister Carolyn Hanner officiating.  Burial will follow at Union Baptist Church cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at Woodland Church of God on Tuesday, February 15^th beginning at 12 noon.

Mr. Lambert passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at Tanner East in Wedowee.

Survivors include his wife, Angie Owen Lambert of Woodland; one son, Wesley Moore (Kayla) of Carrollton, GA; two sisters, Marilyn Duke of Valley and Peggy Bowden of Woodland; two brothers, Phillip Lambert of Woodland and Willis Lambert of Heflin; and four grandchildren.

A Wedowee native, Mr. Lambert was born July 4, 1957, the son of James R. and Lessie Butler Lambert.  He was a member of Woodland Church of God and had been employed with Southwire Company.
