I met Chef Riche when I was hired as a server at Cloud 9 in the late 90’s. We became fast friends and did just about everything together. Shift cocktails at the Cloud were usually pregame for more debauchery at the Renegade. Oh, the late nights we had!!! He hired me as his dining room manager when he opened Dish! serving his amazing culinary creations. Even though we did not connect as much in recent years, I would often wonder….
