Christopher Dean Akins, of Woodland, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Mr. Akins was survived by his father, Bennie Akins; one son, Bastian Akins; one stepson, James Orta; sisters, Barbara Gay (Edward) of Morrison’s Crossroads, AL, Martha Akins (Timothy) of Ashland, AL, and Lisa Akins (James Jones) of Anniston, AL; brothers, Wayne Akins (Becky) of Graham, AL, Bennie Akins, Jr., of Anniston, AL, Stephen Akins (Sonja Duncan) of Graham, AL, and Dana Akins of Heflin, AL, and was preceded in death by his mother, Faye Burrage Akins.
