Obituary Notice
Funeral services for Terry Michael Green, age 58, of Wedowee, will be held, Saturday, December 19, 2009, at 11:00 am from Greens Chapel Methodist Church with Rev. Tommy Burke and Rev. Guy Benefield. Mr. Green will lie in state one hour before the service at the church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2009.
Mr. Green died Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at his residence.
Mr. Green is survived by his mother, Mary Cumi Green of Wedowee; two brothers, Charles H. Green of Wedowee, James Green of Wedowee; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be friends and neighbors.
Mr. Green was born February 20, 1951, the son of Acie Bruce and Mary Cumi Benefield Green. He was of the Methodist faith and was employed by Fashion Star. Mr. Green was preceded in death by his father.
