Obituary Notice
Funeral services for Josephine Wilson Roan age 83, of Woodland will be held Saturday April 10, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Liberty Grave Methodist Church with Rev. Greg Norred and Rev. Bobby Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Roan passed away Tuesday April 6, 2010 at East Alabama Medical Center.
Mrs. Roan is survived by two sons, Jeff Roan of Saint Cloud, Fl., and Eddie Roan of Orlando Fl., three sisters, Geraldine Rampy and Sue Nell Rampy both of Woodland, Vira Kirby of Bowden, Ga., one brother Huel Wilson of Woodland, two step- grandchildren, Blair Aston and Kellie Landwer.
Mrs. Roan was born January 16, 1927 the daughter of Robert Douglas and Loneta Mashburn Wilson, she was a retired self employed cosmetologist and a member of Liberty Grove Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charlie Roan, one sister Betty Holmes and two brothers Reed and Burvin Wilson.
The family will receive friends at Liberty Grove Methodist Church on Saturday April 10, 2010 from 12:00 till 2:00 PM.
The family will recieve flowers or donations be made to Liberty Grove Methodist Church Building Fund, 2536 County Road 58, Woodland. Alabama 36280.
