Obituary Notice
Funeral services for, Mrs. Jetty L. Forman, age 73, of Heflin, will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 29, 2011, from Benefield Funeral Chapel with Rev. David Taft officiating. Burial will follow in the Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 28th.
Mrs. Forman died Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Wedowee Hospital.
Mrs. Forman is survived by four sons, Mike Forman of Roanoke, Ricky Forman of Wedowee, Dewey Forman Cartersville, GA, Jamie Forman of Woodland; two sisters, Betty Eastwood and Patty Akins; one brother, Lyman Teague; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Forman, Dennis Forman, Adam Forman, Doug Moore, Zachary Moore and Jonathan Hallmark.
Mrs. Forman was born, March 22, 1937, the daughter of Benton and Clara Daugherty Teague. She was Baptist by faith and had been a homemaker. Mrs. Forman was preceded in death by her husband, William Boyd Forman; her parents; one grand-daughter, Anna Forman. On line condolences may be left at www.benefieldfhwedowee.com.
