Obituary Notice
Funeral services for Kenny Lee Steeley age 51 of Roanoke will be held Wednesday June 27, 2012 at 2:00 PM from Potash Church of God with Rev. Wendell Ford, Rev. Charlie Bolt and Rev. Keith Benefield officiating. Burial will follow in the Potash Cemetery.
Mr. Steeley passed away Sunday June 24, 2012 at Lanier Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Steeley is survived by his mother Edith Smith Steeley of Roanoke; one sister Connie Hester of Roanoke; one brother Leslie James (Buck) Steeley of Roanoke and four nephews.
Mr. Steeley was born July 4, 1960 the son of Leo and Edith Smith Steeley. He was employed by B&B Logging and a member of Potash Church of God. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother Richard Charles Steeley.
The family will receive friends at Benefield Funeral Home- Wedowee on Tuesday June 26, 2012 from 5 till 8 PM. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church.
