Obituary of Eloree Moses

Funeral services for Eloree W. Moses, age 97, of Wedowee will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Wedowee with Rev. David Little and Mr. Ricky Daniel officiating.  Burial will follow at Wedowee City Cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00-2:00 PM on Saturday before services begin.

Mrs. Moses passed away Monday, October 28, 2019, at Lineville Health and Rehabilitation.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Frank Hester, Ricky Daniel, Hiram Baldwin, Kyle Baldwin, Brad Laney, and Rocky Cook.

A Wedowee native, Mrs. Moses was born on July 10, 1922, the daughter of Travis and Ista Knight Willingham.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wedowee and was retired from the Randolph County Board of Education.  Mrs. Moses was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charlie Moses; two sisters, Imogene Hester and Mary White; and two brothers, Rayford Willingham, and T. M. Willingham, Jr.,
