We were so lucky to have had the many years with Pat that we did. He and Lisa were a perfect match. I don’t think I ever knew a time when Pat wasn’t happy and smiling and welcoming to everyone. Holidays were always the best especially when Pat cooked on his green egg. We will always cherish our Easter Egg Hunts when the children were all little eating chocolate until they got older and wanted money instead. Until we meet again Pat ❤️ Lisa and Dan will be loved by all of the family and friends that surround them.

I met Lisa in our single days and we had a blast! But something amazing happened when she met Perfect Pat as it does when you meet the person you want to comment your life to, have a child with and they did both. What a blessing Pat was to all of our life's and I am a better person for having known him. I will miss Pat's amazing food he would prepare at there house here in town or at the lake and his amazing hugs. Rest in peace my dear friend until we meet again! I will be here for your sweet Lisa and your beautiful daughter!

Pat was Perfect! One may say no one is perfect (except Jesus), but Pat Malloy gave us all a great model to follow. Pat was kind, loving, laid-back, industrious, hard-working, calm, accepting-of-who-you-are, forthright, trustworthy, but most of all loving. And the love he shared matters the most! He was a great husband and a great father and a perfect friend.
I am so proud to call Pat Malloy "my friend". I can truly say, I am a better person because I knew Pat Malloy,
We have so many great memories: The first time was a party at his house and I thought, "Lisa is dating such a cool guy." Then more get togethers, Braves games, the McCormick/Malloy Cinco de Mayo Wedding, the day he became a father, Chastain concerts (esp. the Almonds), holiday parties and cookouts where he was the master griller, hot tubs, lake trips, beach trips with an oyster roast on the beach that went so well because of him. Pat was the perfect friend.
We thank God for letting us know him.

I met Pat 20+ years ago when he met and stole my friend, Lisa's heart. We were all so young, single living life one day at a time. As the relationship grew more serious and it became apparent that the relationship would be ever-lasting, we were thrilled to have "Perfect Pat" in all our lives! From countless cookouts, Christmas and NY Parties to fun times at the lake, we will remember Pat as the master griller and entertainer. While you will be sorely missed, rest easy my friend, we will take good care of Lisa (aka Joe) and Dan until they see you again.
Much love,
Kathy

My friendship with Pat spanned more than 30 years, and his presence, laughter and kindness is embedded in memories too numerous to count. I am so grateful for his influence on my life and those around me, for the adventures and milestones we shared, and for the smile his memory will always bring to my face. I will miss you, Pat My Loins.

In treasured memory of Patrick, a beacon of benevolence and creativity who filled our lives with laughter. His charm made even ordinary moments at Top Golf or parties at his home extraordinary. His humor and affable spirit were infectious. A talented handyman and generous friend, he was indeed the personification of warmth and joy, never seen without a smile on his face nor irritation in his manner. His departure leaves an irreplaceable void.

Lisa and Jordan:
Pat's celebration service was so special and my prayers are with you and your family. Katie Love and I watched the service together in Alabama and reflected on our families wonderful memories we all created together. Pat was indeed a fine gentleman, an amazing friend, and a loving husband and father. My family is truly blessed to have shared so many wonderful experiences with your family especially at St. George Island when our kids were younger. A fond memory I'll always treasure was when Pat, Jason, and I all went fishing in St. Joe Bay only to discover a small leak in our boat about 300 yards out yet only in about 3' of water. As we started taking on water and salvaging our gear with crab nets, we all laughed and looked at one another and agreed a guided fishing trip with a local fishing guide Wood Duck would be the next trip. Yes, we caught so many fish and enjoyed our trip. Our time in Cancun, Mexico was especially memorable as were all the countless hours, days, and weeks of growing tomatoes in our respective gardens and battling critters. Our times spent grilling and hanging out on the back porch and the boat rides on Lake Wedowee were amazing. Pat was so generous with his time and helped me to develop my company's marketing, branding, and communications plan. I think of him every time I look at my creative and unique business logos. Pat's laugh, sense of humor, being a straight shooter, having a brilliant smile, and a huge heart will be embedded in my heart forever. I will miss him dearly and treasure all of our family's experiences and fond memories.
Love,
David Bailey

Lisa today was such a beautifully moving tribute to Pat. The eulogies shared today gave me such a vivid and amazing picture of a wonderful husband, brother, dad and friend. I am so proud especially of you and your daughter, speaking about those we love deeply during times of grief is incredibly difficult and takes so much courage but is also an important expression of love to honor how much we miss them. The songs, especially Eric Clapton, were so lovely and although not there in person I could see you and send you and your family loving affirmations the entire time. I have thought about how we recently joked that I was your work hubby and how I couldn't wait to meet Pat as both as your soulmate and as a fellow Epic colleague and feel like I got to know him through your eyes today. I am sending my heartfelt condolences to you and all of those that lost this great human being far too early. You are in my heart my friend. love, Kerry

I cannot believe I am writing on this page. In all of the years that I have known Pat, I can honestly say I’ve never seen him without a smile. Without a kind word. Without joy! That joy grew by leaps and bounds when he met Lisa ( and grew even more when he found out that Jack was a dog!). And during their life together their joy grew is ways they never could have imagined when they became parents to Dan!!!
The world is less bright without Pat. Less joyful.
Lisa and Dan, I hope the many many happy memories that you had with Pat bring you comfort and peace.
I love you,
Stacy.

I met Pat when he and Lisa started dating. Lisa and I had been friends for years before that and now, I can't really remember "single Lisa". When Pat came into the picture, the relationship just seemed to work immediately. I was there at Pat's house in Decatur for what all the other guests and I thought was just another gathering but turned out that Pat had a "secret" plan to propose marriage. Quietly, Pat and Lisa disappeared inside and word got back to all of us waiting outside what was happening. They both looked so happy, as they emerged from the house to make the BIG announcement - she said YES!!
Over the years, Pat and I developed a friendship. He was a great artist. Everytime I would call him with a crazy new business idea, he would sit and listen quietly and patiently asking a few questions along the way then create the perfect image illustrating exactly what I was trying to relay.
Pat always had a calm and gracious presence with an endearing smile. I'm going to miss him terribly.

Dear Lisa and Dan,
I am so sorry for your loss! Pat was an amazing father and husband to you. He was kind, funny and always seemed so happy. We always enjoyed coming to your house and the lake. What a great cook and grill master he was. We still cook 2 of his recipes-Peruvian chicken and Yoshidas chicken. Always a great sport taking us out on the boat and showing us the lake. So many good memories. He will be missed deeply! Thoughts and prayers are with you! Much love ❤️ Yetta

I’m so sorry for your loss. I am extremely fortunate to have worked with Pat at EPIC over the past year. His easy-going attitude, happy disposition and willingness to help made him such a joy to work with. Pat’s incredible passion for design impacted every project he touched, and Pat inspired me to elevate my own design work. Lisa and Dan, Pat loved his family and spoke of you both with immense pride. He often shared and celebrated your accomplishments. In fact, to get him from happy to beaming all you had to do was ask him about his family. I hope you find some peace during this difficult time, knowing the impact Pat made. My deepest condolences.

I am so sorry for your loss and am thankful that I got to know him through C&E Epic. I am the team's web designer and even when busy with his own work, he was always ready to help when asked. He gave it his full attention and gave more than expected. I enjoyed his stories about his pups, the lakehouse, and growing up in CA. More so, it was obvious how much he loved his family, and how very, very proud he was of Dan. He was positively beaming when sharing photos of her HS graduation and getting her off to college. May you find some comfort in knowing how well we thought of him. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Pat on and off for the last few years as he supported my team and our clients through his talents in graphic design. Pat was such a hard worker, and never complained - even while digging through hundreds of edits! He was extremely talented, a great influencer among his peers and dedicated to showing up and giving his best every day. The love he had for his family was so outwardly evident, as he beamed every time he spoke of Lisa or Dan. I enjoyed getting to know them further through his stories about their weekends together, vacations and pastimes they enjoyed as a family. Lisa, I am so very sorry for your loss and thankful that I was lucky enough to know and work with Pat. I will miss him terribly.

My sincerest condolences during this time. Praying the Lord brings your family and friends peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love at this time of sorrow. I am a designer who worked with Pat at EPIC on the C&E team. He was always so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, an excellent designer, and we shared a love of fig newtons. You knew Pat loved his family so much, and he was so proud of his daughter as he shared with our team some pictures of when he helped get Dan off to college. Pat is truly missed.

Pat was one of my oldest friends. We met in 1993 when I was fresh out of college and we were both new to Atlanta. It was nice to have a guy friend to do stuff with and Pat was always up for doing "stuff" - music, travel, dining, games, boyfriend feedback... he was a total player.
I can count on one hand the number of people who call me Tye. My sister, my brother and Pat. I loved being called Tye by Pat. It was a nickname that has such a sweet familial "we go way back" vibe.
I miss him calling me "Tye" I miss my friend Pat.
All my love,
Tye

Patrick Malloy AKA Perfect Pat - has been such a valued friend and will sorely missed by many. His bright smile and mischievous twinkle in his eye made us drawn to him as a dear friend for many years and our lives have been enriched to have known him. Many Georgia Games -the Malloy’s always welcome because they have 100% WINNING record. Many laughs around the Big Green Egg, playing games such as race horse, beautiful sunsets on the boat in Wedowee, concerts at the park and bourbon tasting at the Bledsoe-Specht Bourbon Bar! Our hearts are broken for Lisa and Jordan and the rest of the family and our hearts will have lifelong fond memories of our many precious years with Pat. We pray that Pat enjoys an eternity of fun and love and antics and that we will reunited for another game, another hug and another toast. Rest in Peace Perfect Pat. You are loved. Gayle & Arthur

Pat - The first thing that comes to mind when remembering our time together is your chuckle, your laugh. Hanging out and having a conversation with you was fun and light-hearted. You were not afraid of giving your friends and family a hard time. And you were open for others to give it right back to you. All your jokes, stories, "ribbing" came from a kind place because you genuinely seemed to enjoy the people around you. You will be greatly missed - by me, by all of us. Thank you for leaving such a lasting, loving memory!!
